TheWayCM Pakistan and The Word for Today in Urdu

TheWayCM in Pakistan have been given the awesome resposibility of translating Bob Gass's Word for Today into Urdu for UCB's new Pakistani radio station.
Apart from broadcasting The Word for Today daily in Urdu daily on UCB Pakistan, it is hoped that, in time, the translations will be made into the booklet format that many of us are familiar with.
If you read Urdu enlarge the image on the left, a translation from the Word for Today from 29th November 2011, and be blessed.
Be a Part of the Work of TheWayCM in Pakistan

Since then, TheWayCM Apostolic Team have established the first ever Christian Bible College in the city of Multan. Many students have been trained as leaders and there are now ten locations around Pakistan reaching up to 150 leaders who, in turn, minister to over 6,000 Christians.
Our plans are to develop the Bible College into a Training for Life (TFL) Centre where all five aspects of TFL (read more) will be taught. The bible-based spiritual element will remain the foundation for building changed lives; raising-up and releasing Christian leaders in the fullness of the five-fold ministries (Ephesians 4:11-13).
At this moment, Pakistan is not a safe place for foreigners but you can still be part of TheWayCM’s mission work in Pakistan. Your prayers and your financial support will help us to fulfil the vision that God has given TheWayCM for Pakistan.
Please, where possible, mark your donation ‘TheWayCM Pakistan’ on this page: http://www.thewaycm.com/donate.html
Thank you.

Creativity

Over the recent years a strong creative element has emerged in the work of TheWayCM and now contemporary art work is an element that is growing. This is as it should be as ‘Creativity’ is one of the five elements in our Training for Life course (TFL): http://www.thewaycm.com/tfl.html
You may remember that my personal history is one of being an artist and photographer. This year, in October 2012, I will be exhibiting my art work in Granada, Spain and from there the exhibition is expected to travel to other cities and countries.
The exhibitions will be multimedia ‘events’ and will provide me with a platform to glorify the Lord. My last exhibitions in Spain were some twenty years ago and were called ‘Journeys’. These new exhibitions will be called ‘Journeys 2’ and will follow, in the main, my spiritual and physical journey with the Lord over the past twenty years.
You will hear more about this in the months ahead, however, if you have any questions now, please contact me at: http://peterstanwayphotography.weebly.com/contact-me.html

The Way Christian Ministries Expands into ALL of Pakistan

In 2010 the first ever Christian Bible College (Hunook Bible College) was established in the city of Multan by TheWayCM in Pakistan. The graduates from Hunook have been reaching out into Pakistan throughout 2011 and now 10 groups of 10-15 leaders in 10 major cities in Pakistan will begin receiving our Training for Life Leadership Training to equip them to oversee the growing work of TheWayCM in Pakistan. Many thousands of Christian Pakistanis will benefit from this.
Rev Peter Stanway's ‘live’ teaching input in mainly done via an online hook-up through Skype. However, Apostle Asher’s laptop has been damaged beyond repair. He has raised half of the cost of a new one. Can you help him raise the other half? He needs 30,000 Pakistani Rupees.

What People are Saying About Who is McKenzie?
‘Pure Genius!’ Robert Bruce Chief Petty Officer Royal Navy Submariner - Scotland
‘Am I McKenzie?’ Pamela Taylor Beauty Therapist - Scotland
‘The vision of Jesus is brilliant, praying in tongues brilliant and I loved the chapter about McKenzie’s den in Kenya.’ Katharine Baumanis palliative care nurse - Australia
‘Excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed it all. Vivid descriptions and memorable locations from all around the globe.’ Thomas Thomson Student - Scotland
‘McKenzie is profound! I am moved to tears at several points, not because the action is emotional, but rather the content and questions and his wonderings resound in all of us. This is from God, I am so sure of it. For those that want to know Him and bypass the doctrinal sludge that tends to weigh us down, McKenzie is perfect.’ Mary Nichelson Blogger and Reviewer - USA
Review for Who is McKenzie?
Several years ago, I made a conscious decision to wipe the invisible religious slate clean and start from scratch. As the daughter of a minister, I began questioning some of the doctrines associated with our church. I had religious answers burned into my mind, but I didn’t want that kind of experience. I was searching for an experience that was authentic and came from within. I didn’t want to act and react due to head knowledge, but out of a driving passion from my heart.
As a book reviewer and editor, I was privileged to have the best in written philosophies at my disposal. I became immersed and consumed with finding out who this mysterious Heavenly Father truly is. Interviewing a diverse group of individuals and hearing their personal stories for my radio broadcast has also helped to unwrap the great mystery. And, on occasion, my path would intersect with flesh and blood mirror images of who I longed to be-that individual who totally understood who God was apart from legislated rules.
Late one Sunday afternoon in Atlanta, Georgia at the World Congress Center, Peter Stanway and I crossed paths. Nothing about his appearance or our initial conversation screamed that our meeting was destiny, but it would prove to be. After getting to know Peter over the course of several days during The International Christian Retail Show, it was obvious that just by knowing him, any faith crisis that remained, would soon become nonexistent. He beamed with a passion that was bigger than any room he stepped into. He has a palpable compassion for people that are lost in a maze of questions that never seem to get resolved. Although a gifted minister, I believe him to be a 21st century healer.
When Jesus performed miracles, opening deaf ears and blind eyes was only part of his ministry. There was always a deeper meaning of reconciliation with society and with God our Father at work. Peter’s ministry is much the same. He is driven to remove the errors in religious thinking and restore our relationship with God.
As you read of McKenzie’s adventures, don’t be surprised if some of his wonderings and emotional struggles look familiar. That is because McKenzie is each of us, wrapped in a different outer shell, but tormented by the same spiritual issues we all deal with. Without having to dress in your Sunday best, fight traffic, race for your favorite pew in your own synagogue, it is possible to hear the truth in a non-confrontational but personal way. It is conceivable to settle our own questions by voyeuristically shadowing McKenzie and learning as he learns. It is probable that you will wipe a tear or two from your cheek as the realization of the depth, yet simplicity of His love, finally comes to rest within you. There is no greater sermon or more profound message to be shared except that He is real and always obtainable. No religious doctrine necessary.
Several years ago, a military drama premiered on silver screens across the world in which one line has become notorious for making the movie. In the famous courtroom scene, a lawyer slams his fist on the table while yelling at the defendant, “I want the truth.” In much the same way, I see believers around the world slamming their spiritual fist on a table demanding to know the truth. I know because I was one of them. I grew up in church but failed to know, really know, God. It is my prayer that as you read Who Is McKenzie?, your eyes will be opened, the truth revealed, and for the impact of that truth to reach forward into generations to come. Whether you need to wipe your slate clean as I did, or to hear the message for the first time, I believe Peter will profoundly affect the way you view God. For those that want to know Him and bypass the doctrinal sludge that tends to weigh us down, McKenzie is perfect.

As his story unfolds, the pieces fit together like a jig-saw and a picture builds as we get to know McKenzie. As he dodges in and out of a world that’s full of evil, McKenzie has some deeply spiritual experiences; some amazingly good and others frighteningly bad.
Championing the cause for C.A.N.T. (Campaign Against Nuclear Terror) leads McKenzie into many dangerous and clandestine meetings all over the world. The characters he meets weave in and out of his fascinating life but, ultimately, where will it all lead?

Why Give?

"With so many people struggling these days due to the recession and high price rises, and looking after number one, they are finding it hard to give to needy causes such as charities and missions and Christian organisations.
I want to suggest that the most rewarding struggle you will find yourself in is when you give out of what little you have, such as with the poor widow (Mark 12:41-44).
As one who has giving to others for a large part of my life and even in recent times when I have been struggling I want to commend giving to you, for God loves a cheerful giver (2 Cor.9:7).
It is in giving that we receive. Something that is hard to comprehend with our minds especially in these times. Rising food and fuel costs mean we have to budget more carefully, but we also need to include in this, the needs of others.
We must not forget about our neighbours especially those in poor countries who struggle to survive. Every penny given to such causes is life to the recipients. If we are now feeling what it is like to struggle with finances, how much more are those in the Asian world struggling with life. Jesus commanded that you should love your neighbour as ‘you love yourself’ (Luke 10:27), yet we want so much for ourselves.
We don’t really need to be reminded of Scriptures or made to feel guilty. If we truly are ‘in Christ’ we will feel the same compassion as He does for those whose plight is to have the means to live.
There is a sense in which when things come against us we become ‘inward looking’ and find it hard, even as Christians, to think of others. But in the widow’s giving Jesus commends sacrificial giving and so the more we give out of our own needs the more God will bless us.
In the Third World the Church is growing and many needs are being met, but they still need help. Recently Pastor Peter Stanway put out an appeal to help with the ‘Genevieve Project’ in Kenya, Africa. It is a pre-school project that started with around 30 children struggling for survival. Not similar to us, but worse. Yet through the Way Christian Ministries appeal, God has blessed the Genevieve Project and it is now on it’s feet and has grown to looking after 70 children. It is overseen by Peter’s friend and TheWayCM Apostle for Kenya, Charles Chuma.
Thankfully, as God touched hearts to give, they have reached this stage. However, they need more funds to cope with this growth.
What a privilege it is to give when you realise that others can live as a result. You may already support a worthy cause. If not, then I would commend this one. Let us not give up the habit of giving to support others. It is God’s will for us and a means by which He will bless us – and bless us abundantly. "

Southern Spain

We spent delightful fellowship with old friends and also met some new ones. We attended the dedication of the new Revelation TV studios in La Cala (Mijas Costa) and hung out most days with the charming and witty Cyril and Breda Smyth, our friends, who present Voice in the Wilderness every weekend on Revelation TV.
I was invited to minister at The Ark in Fuengirola and brought, what I believe was, a word for the ex-patriot churches from Torremolinos to Marbella. I spent some time talking with my artist friend, Juan Zivico, and it looks likely that I will exhibit in Granada in the Autumn of 2012....watch this space.

New Age Deception Review from Mary's World Blog by Mary Nichelson

Stanway is persuaded that believers can reverse the infiltration of the New Age movement with one word: discernment. "Discern in the spirit, do not judge in your mind." His final plea is to the believer, which captures the essence of his burden for the church. "Wake up Christians. This is the way, walk in it. Jesus is the truth, come to him and be free." It is a universal message that is relevant and essential.
Free Book

How do we avoid deception? We avoid lies and anything to do with the darkness. Satan came as ‘an angel of light’ (2 Corinthians 11:14). He seemed quite attractive. He deceived Eve. He spoke words of doubt into her head and created division in her mind. Out of her deception she tempted Adam and man, conscious of his rebellion, sinned against God......
The world has to dream-up make believe gods and make-believe heavens. It is our high calling, as true Christians, to attract those in darkness into His marvellous light saying, ‘This is the Way, walk in it. Jesus is the Truth, come to Him and be free’.

Nancy and I stayed with Mijo, my French translator, in her lovely home from May 26th to May 31st.
I was able to minister twice in Pastor Daniel L'Herroux's church in the centre of the town. On Saturday afternoon we looked at the Father's heart and on Sunday morning we looked at the life, death and resurrection of Christ Jesus from his Mary's perspective. It was Mother's Day in France.
I was able to pass on a few computer skills to Mijo that should help us with future translation work. Apart from the weekly McKenzie and Gist translations, Mijo is also translating my book, 'Wee Boys from Glasgow Don't Cry'.

Making Disciples Out Of Christians

The call on The Way Christian Ministries (TheWayCM) is to make disciples out of Christians. Why?
We want to see Christians everywhere to come into the full revelation of why they are saved and to see them being equipped and released for that purpose. In other words, we want to fulfil the Great Commission…. go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…..Matthew 28: 19

Spring Update

It looks like we will return to Spain in September(ish). If everything goes according to plan, I will record some TV programmes with Revelation TV and, all going well, I will launch the Spanish translation of Wee Boys from Glasgow Don’t Cry. At the same time I may have an exhibition of my photos/art-work in Granada.
However, before all that, we are currently planning our next mission to the East Coast of the USA, Mexico, Venezuela and Argentina. We hope to be there in June/July. This mission will coincide with the USA promotion of Wee Boys from Glasgow Don’t Cry in America.
Currently I’m writing two new books, Who is McKenzie? and McKenzie’s Companion. I am also in the process of re-publishing/editing a short book I wrote some years ago called New Age Deception.

The McKenzie Chronicles
The weekly McKenzie stories will, in time, become a book. Hopefully, a wide range of people (Christians and non-Christians) from diverse cultures and countries will identify in some way with the central character, McKenzie. Therefore, the implication is that, you or I can empathise with elements and aspects of McKenzie life. As the weeks go by, we will get to know him better….
The McKenzie Commentaries and the Gist
Up until now, the McKenzie stories have been going out under the Gist banner on the Gist page of our website. Strictly speaking they are not Gists, therefore, from now on, an exposition of the scripture verse used in the McKenzie story, like a commentary on that verse, will become the weekly Gist. McKenzie will have his own page on our website. A link from the McKenzie story will take those who want to, into the Gist page and from the Gist page to the McKenzie story. The bridge between the two will be the scripture from the bible that is used in both.

Well Done Tommy

Tommy’s background is in administration but his heart is to see the lost come to know Jesus Christ. In preparation for mid-term mission work Tommy has just completed the TEFL Course (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) achieving a marvellous 92% pass. He also completed a complementary English Grammar Course in which he achieved an outstanding 94% pass mark.
Tommy will now be able to support himself on the mission field by Teaching English as a Foreign Language in schools, colleges or privately. Well done Tommy and congratulations!
Mission to India
In October I am planning a mission to India to visit the work of TheWayCM there in Andhra Pradesh and also to cast the vision for our Discipleship Course, 'Training for Life', to large leaders gatherings in (bordering) Orissa State.
TheWayCM Foundations Course is currently being translated into the three relevant languages that are spoken in that part of India
Brand New Website

For years people have told me that I should 'write a book'....that's easier said than done. I did start a long time ago but my life became busier and busier and I never made any more progress, that is, until now.
Circumstances, coupled with a strong prod from God, have meant that I started writing my book again and this time I am determined to finish it. At the time of writing this update I would say that I am in the final stages of completing, 'Wee Boys from Glasgow Don't Cry'.
This does mean that all the other aspects of our ministry (The Way Christian Ministries/TheWayCM) will have to 'tick over' until I can pick them up and run with them again. Hopefully this will be soon.
In the meantime, why not participate in the blog and follow the progress of the book on our brand new website: http://peterstanwaypublications.weebly.com/
Report on USA Mission May/June 2010

Our tour started when we were collected by Pastor Michaels and his assistant Pastor, Chris at Los Angeles Airport (LAX) and we were driven for around one hour to our hotel in Ontario, near Uplands in Southern California. The hotel was excellent and a great way to start our time in America.
Our hosts , Oasis of Life Church, treated us so well. The ministry there was well received by a mixed Mexican and American congregation that allowed me an opportunity to ‘charlar en español’. We made some amazing friends there and look forward to returning.
After three nights we flew to Tulsa, Oklahoma where we were collected at the airport by Ann Saxman and driven to the house of our host Danene Crammer in Broken Arrow, a suburb of Tulsa.
Danene was delightful and allowed us to make her house our home for the next five nights. She drove us around Tulsa to visit Rhema Bible Church, of which she is a graduate and member; Oral Roberts University Campus and Billy Joe Daugherty’s College and Church where I met Jean and Christine Hajabakiga, graduates from that College (Victory Bible Institute) who are about to return to work full time as missionaries in their native Rwanda. Jean is working on the translation of TheWayCM Foundation Course into Kinyarwanda.
During the day on Friday 4th June we had a fruitful meeting with Daniel King, a young man who holds large evangelistic events around the world, a real Reinhard Bonnke in the making. On the Friday evening we had the opportunity to cast our vision at a Scottish evening arranged by Danene. Nancy spent the whole day baking ‘Millionaire’s Shortbread’ and ‘Scottish Pancakes’ that went down a treat with our invited guests. We met some great people with wonderful ministries of their own.
The next day we flew to Houston, Texas. At the airport we were collected in a limo (our host Rev. David Yanez begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting’s brother Gabriel has a limo hire business) and driven to Rev. David’s family home in Kingwood where we were made very welcome.
The next day, Sunday 6th June, I preached at Pastor David Hope’s Metro Church, where we had a wonderful time. The next day I visited the Nathaniel Centre, a centre of excellence for a group of Christian ministries with an interest in the culture of the Jews and The Holy Land.
We were invited to lunch by Associate Pastor Mort Petrushansky where we met Pastor Bron Barkley both of the Shalom Hebraic Christian Congregation. It was an inspirational time of fellowship over some lovely Mexican food.
We arranged to see each other at the Houston Pastors Monthly Meeting on Thursday but in the early hours of Tuesday morning I received the shocking news from home that my mother had been found dead in her home in Scotland making it necessary for Nancy and I to cancel the remainder of our tour and return back to Scotland immediately.
I honestly believe that our time in the USA was fruitful with some key divine appointments that have opened the way for us to go back again soon. I have determined to maintain regular contact with most of the people we met there many of whom, I know, will become lifelong friends and ministry partners.

TheWayCM around the world.....

The countries that are experiencing fastest growth in terms of numbers are; Pakistan, Burundi and Liberia.
TheWayCM Live Skype (Internet) Teaching is also spreading into many of the countries where we have Training for Life (TFL) Centres and we now teach live and also podcast in the following places: Pakistan (Urdu), Kenya (Swahili), France and French–speaking Africa (French), Liberia (English) and soon India (Telugu).
Of course, as the work in these countries grows so too does our need to support them financially.
TheWayCM Apostolic Overseers in each country do a tremendous job and although they constantly struggle to make ends meet, they never complain.
Please consider making a financial contribution towards this important work as we seek to fill the church of the 21st century and prepare it for the End Times harvest.

Potentially all of TheWayCM members throughout Pakistan can tune-into the broadcasts. It is even possible to receive the broadcast onto a mobile phone or landline.
We will be broadcasting at least once a week and the broadcast is interactive; the trainees can ask me questions and we can pray and worship together. There will be a simultaneous live translation.
Initially we will be using the Skype software but, in time, we will use TheWayCMTV platform.
The broadcast can be recorded and then sent as a podcast.
The Urdu Podcast is available here: http://thewaycmurdupodcast.podOmatic.com
We would like to reproduce this model in all of the countries where TheWayCM and TFL is established. Please contact us for more details….

Training for Life (TFL) Flow – Update
The TFL Course is holistic and is outworked through five key elements in a global network of TFL Centres – visit this link for more details: http://www.thewaycm.com/tfl.html
I have been working on a brand new website called GlobalTFL to look exclusively at the ‘Spiritual’ aspect of the course. The site is almost finished and you can visit it now at: http://www.globaltfl.com
I have been working with Vision Colleges (collectively the world’s largest online bible college) and they are happy to count modules completed with TFL towards a legitimate qualification awarded by them. For more information about Vision Colleges visit: http://www.internetbiblecollege.info/
I am currently preparing to complete a Bachelors Degree with Vision Colleges who have recognised the academic merit of our TFL course and my part in creating it. In doing this I will pioneer a path for our own students to follow. Our modules and theirs will dovetail into each other making the transition fuss-free and straight-forward for TheWayCM students who want to pursue academic studies.
All of this costs money. Our online course will comprise of Three Modules of Thirty Weeks each done in Three Semesters of Ten Weeks per year. Each student can do the course semester by semester. Uninterrupted, the full TFL course will last for Three Years (each year comprising of Thirty Weeks)
The cost of each Ten Weeks Semester Online is: £250 (GBP Sterling).
For additional information, please visit: http://www.thewaycm.com/tfl.html
Pioneering Changes.....
Our mission to India has been postponed until 2010.
Praise God for His perfect timing and His perfect plan.
Whilst we are sincerely grateful to those of you who have already contributed we are still short of our target figure. Therefore, we are asking you to consider helping us raise the necessary funds for this mission.
Ground-Breaking
This will be a pioneering and ground-breaking mission.
We want to put in place the technology required for setting-up the prototype for ‘virtual conferences’. We believe this will lead the way for Global Multimedia Interactive Conferencing that will connect the growing number of TheWayCM members around the world.
We will be able to feed and disciple them in a highly effective way.
Making Disciples
It is our purpose to make disciples out of Christians in fulfilment of the Great Commission and to do that we need to utilise the tools of the 21st century
Please watch the video above for more information.

TheWayCM Mission to Africa 2009 Video
Global Report
The Work of TheWayCM
The work of The Way Christian Ministries (TheWayCM) has, by the grace of God, continued to grow, develop and consolidate around the world during 2008.
The countries with the fastest expansion have been in Asia; particularly Pakistan and India with new works opening in Darjeeling and Myanmar.
In February 2009 I plan to visit our workers in Pakistan followed by a return mission to Nepal this time visiting Darjeeling and Myanmar while I am there.
The work in Africa is now well established with the Apostolic Overseers and their Teams arranging their own crusades. I plant to return to Africa in June 2009 visiting Kenya, Rwanda and possibly Uganda, Burundi and even DR Congo depending on the political situation there at the time.
In the second half of the year (2009) I will be going to India.
In September/October 2009 I plan to spend one month in the South of France holding a series of Art Workshops and Apostolic Seminars.
If you would like to join The Way Christian Ministries on any of the above missions please contact us

Beloved Apostle Peter,
Greetings to you in Jesus wonderful and most highly exalted name.
Thank you so much for sending some support for us for Christmas. I was not in station that is why I was not able to give you reply. As I told in my previous mails that we planned three days gospel out reach program in all our apostolic team area surrounding. This time I have gone to the area of Apostle Peter Paul. It was very good. Even though we did not get shelter to stay at the nights, we proclaimed gospel in surrounding villages. We distributed tracts and presented through gospel songs and brief messages.
Apostle, I sent pocket calendars to you by post. Please let me know when you get them. Also I sent pocket calendars to Apostle Victor & Team (Visakhapatnam) Apostle Obadiah & Team (West Godavari) and here to all our apostles in Bapatla area. They all like them. I hope you also will like those pocket calendars. (NB - dear reader, send a stamped addressed envelope to TheWayCM, Kilcreggan House, Kilcreggan G84 0JT Scotland for a free pocket calendar)
It is joy to hear that you have received finally Telugu Gist booklets. Next time I am planning to do it better than what we did. Apostle, all the TFL Centres are going well under the leadership of our beloved apostles. They are very happy with course. If you do not mind could you please send the course details clearly for two years?
I am planning to do some social activities. For that we need money. We all believe that God will supply all our need according to His richness.
Up hold us in your valuable prayers.

My dearest brother Peter,
I am always delighted to hear from you and I am always with you to work cooperatively till I will be in this earth, I will coordinate whole your programme during your time whatever you are planning to do, 100% I will be with you, no doubt.
About your willingness to run the program in Darjeeling with Rev. Gideon, no problem for me. From our church in Ilam to Darjeeling, it takes about 4/5 hours by bus, but still we could do combined programme either in Gideon place or our church place or between both places, I may also join with you to go to Burma (Myanmar) if possible.
It will be more expensive than Kathmandu to run the seminars, because of travelling expenses, still there is nothing impossible if the Lord has plan for your next trip in this area, we will pray continually about it.
God would continue bless you,
Pastor Krishna

Dear Rev Peter,
I have been teaching our home church groups into various places.
There has been a good progress, praise God.
TheWayCM is moving on well and most of our people are excited about it.
I have been able to pass all this information to many friendly pastors, some have emails, others don't have access to it.
We are very eager to host you next year 2009 as God wills, it is also our request that you give us at least two days please.
Thanks so much,
Pastor Sande Musa.
Malawi
Rev Peter,
Greetings to you in the name of our lord Jesus Christ. I am very happy to inform you about our ministry here in Malawi .
From when we received the first materials, teachings and DVD these teachings have changed our ministry to become very strong and people are interested to be more trained.
Now I see the pastors are walking upright and start to fight hard to make our ministry go on .
Some people are being baptized.
I want to hear from you .
Pastor Frank Chisale. Malawi
Burundi
I greet you in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ, as I told you, many people got saved in the crusade that we had in August, it did bring a lot of fruit, we did preach them since that period and now we have decided to baptize them on 20th December.God is keeping doing miracles for us even if we are working in a tough situation.
God bless you,
Bishop UWOYITUNGIYE Donatien
Rwanda
Dear Rev Peter,
I trust you are keeping well. I would like to thank you for these teachings you are sending and I wanted to let you know that I am doing the Baptism on 25th December 2008 for those who were born again in the last meeting (crusade) in Kigali.
I am planning to have another Crusade in Kiango Kenya and Nairobi at the beginning of next year 2009.
I asked Apostle Chuma to organise it that we may be there again to encourage those who were born again and the believers that are going to come to Jesus next year.
Please pray for me that I may get some money. I know God can provide for many things for the baptism. We need some transport fare for those people. I know God will never fail
Next year I am also planning to be in DRC Bukavu I am training one Pastor, Kimararungu Floribert . We were together in the meeting at Cyangugu and promised to visit them very soon and give them some teachings.
We can reach the world.
Your son in Africa.

Hi Rev. Peter and Sis. Nancy,
Praise God! Receive many greetings from the family of TheWayCM Kenya.
I want to thank you for connecting us with Mary's Meals who have assisted us a lot to expand TheWayCM Kenya. I really congratulate you for the divine connection. TheWayCM Kenya has been recognised even by the government through the feeding program. We are now able to feed almost 5,000 children every day in two schools.
In our TFL Centre we want to start some small businesses that can assist TheWayCM Kenya and TheWayCM Africa and I am proposing if we can get funds to buy two motorbikes that shall be used as taxis.
Nowadays, most of the people prefer hiring motorbikes as a taxi, and one motorbike can generate Kshs. 2,000 per day.
The price of one motorbike is £500 (A good one). If we can get even one to start with, I am sure we shall succeed and have enough funds for TheWayCM Kenya.
I am also planning to have small machines i.e. computers for Computer College. The college will also generate a lot of money to TheWayCM Kenya but first we can start with a motorbike.
God bless you.
Apostle Chuma.
Ongoing .......
This year we are hoping that Mary’s Meals will provide school meals for a very worthwhile project headed up by Pastor Robert, one of our affiliates, in Cebu City, Philippines.
I continue to maintain contact with Apostle Esteban from Villahermosa in Mexico. There is a possibility that he will visit TheWayCM in Scotland during 2009.
We go on developing a very good relationship with our friends in Southern Spain and during 2009 we hope that this will grow even stronger.

God willing, 2009 will be a year of missions for The Way Christian Ministries (TheWayCM). 2008 has been a year of preparation, change and growth.
The work of TheWayCM has dramatically expanded throughout the world (http://www.thewaycm.com/missions.html) and we have spent a lot of time building up our Christian Discipleship Resources to meet the demand.
The Foundations Course is now available in seven (7) languages and the weekly Gist in ten (10). We are broadcasting weekly online with Eternal Radio (www.eternalradio.co.uk). In addition there are many new subscribers to and outlets for the Gist through a variety of Social Networking sites and host websites (http://www.sonintl.org/europevideos.htm and http://sermon.net/), praise God.
To be able to go on mission and sustain our growth we need your financial support. You can do this by –
Donating Online http://www.thewaycm.com/donate.html
Purchasing our resources http://www.thewaycm.com/shop.html
Setting-up a Standing Order http://www.thewaycm.com/uploads/5/2/3/0/523006/standing_order_mandate.pdf

Our next major expense is the Mission to Pakistan in February 2009. On a Third World Mission it is not only a question of getting there and back, we are also expected to transport many of the people to and from the crusades and feed them when they are with us.
We anticipate that we will minister to more than 20,000 people, and separately, in excess of 300 Pastors and Leaders. A conservative budget for the Pakistan Mission is £2,000 (GBPs). Can you help us to raise this amount?
Thank you and bless you.

Pakistan
Suddenly, the work of The Way Christian Ministries is spreading rapidly throughout Asia and Africa. There are two key areas where we ask for your prayers and your financial support –
1. The establishment of Training for Life (TFL) Centres
2. Media development
We have found suitable premises to rent in Multan. Multan City is strategically placed in the centre of Pakistan with Karachi and Hyderabad to the south and Lahore and Islamabad to the north.
Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=luRVd1LJt08
Multan City is known as a place of learning. It is predominantly Muslim. In the City Centre there is a Christian District.
We have 80 students waiting to begin the full TFL Course. They have completed TheWayCMs’ four months preparation courses (‘Foundations’ and ‘Water to Wine’).
Property 1:
After much searching (and haggling) we have found a suitable property that is owned by a Christian; the rent of the house is £100 per month, deposit amount is £250 (refundable). There are some start-up cost bringing the total to £500 that has to be paid by June 28th 2008. We could take 20 students / trainees in each session
Property 2:
The next nearest suitable property requires £1000 start up with an on-going rent of £400 per month. There is a room big enough for 80 students / trainees at one time. There are four other rooms and a kitchen. This is the ideal property.
We would need the assurance of on-going financial help in the form of a standing order or similar to take on the responsibility for either property.

India
In both India (mainly Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, South India) and throughout Pakistan, TheWayCM discipleship and teaching resources are being dubbed into local languages (mainly Urdu and Telugu). As well as being used in the local churches and TheWayCM Home Churches there is also an opening for them to be broadcast on local and national TV both Christian and secular. The cost ranges from £180-£300 for local and Christian broadcast per half hour to £360-£540 for national broadcast per half hour.
Many of you will realise that this is the beginning of Phase 4 of the 21st Century Cathedral Vision.

Nepal and Rwanda
In both Nepal (Chitwan) and Rwanda (near Kigali) land has become available where we can build a TFL Centre. In Nepal the land has been donated but in Rwanda the land will cost: £2,700 15 kilometres from Kigali in the district of Kamonyi – Runda sector. The size of the land is 130m by 90m.
In both countries we will have to purchase the building materials and employ builders.

Kilcreggan House 10 Years Anniversary
Introduction
March 2008 heralded the 11 year anniversary of our time in Kilcreggan House and as we reminisce we are awestruck at what God has done over this time in so many people’s lives. We are also filled with joy at how much we have grown in faith and stature and how The Way Christian Ministries (CM) has developed and changed. Many of you have walked with us and supported us on this wonderful journey while others have joined us over the years. As part of our celebrations we want to look back at what God has done during this time and to share with you where we believe God is taking us next.
The Beginnings
The Way CM (charity) grew out of our ministry with The Way of the Spirit (WOTS in Scotland) and incorporated our work in Drumchapel, Glasgow where I was the Minister of a church in Fellowship with the Assemblies of God (AOG). Drumchapel is an area of social and economic deprivation where many people are trapped in cycles of poverty with associated problems including drug misuse, illiteracy, substandard housing and crime. As we sought to minister in this area many doors and great favour opened to us to enable us to support the local people in very practical ways. This opened people’s heart to us and to the Gospel and as they found faith in Christ the need not only to be discipled but also to have other areas of their lives transformed arose. We realised there was a need for a bible training course which was tailor-made to suit our parishioners’ specific needs and the Training for Life programme was born. This programme consisted of 5 elements affecting the body, soul and spirit and as well as intensive spiritual and bible training our trainees also explored their creativity, physical and personal development.
The House on the Rock
It soon became clear that if those whose lives were very disordered were to see real transformation they would need to be free from their patterns of crime and abuse. This was difficult to achieve in their own neighbourhoods and we desired to find a new way for these believers to receive appropriate ministry. As we sought God he gave us a vision for a 70 room country house and then through a series of miracles provided us Kilcreggan House in 1998. Many trainees were ministered to during this period and we sought to instil value and purpose in each person who came to live with us here. In addition to a 6 to 12 months bible school and training course our trainees tackled gardening, decorating, work around the house, as well as addressing their literacy, social or pre-employment skills.
Although this period was very challenging as many of the trainees still struggled to be delivered from their old lives of addiction and crime, lives where changed by God’s redeeming power. Additionally the house which was very run down greatly benefited from the hard work these trainees did.
Open and shut doors
After we began this ministry a number of churches heard that Kilcreggan House had reopened and approached us asking if they could use the centre for conferences, retreats, Alpha days and weddings. This opportunity opened a new door for Nancy as she managed the day to day running of the centre and sought to minister to those who came to stay. The work also raised a source of desperately needed income enabling the House to be slowly improved and upgraded. As more and more churches used the centre the focus of the house changed to become a Christian conference centre.
In February 2004 the Lord spoke to me and told me a new phase was opening in our lives and it was time to resign as the Minister of Drumchapel AOG. This was very difficult as I had a great love and compassion for the Drumchapel church family and it took a year for me to let go and move into this new phase. In February 2005, after I had laid down this role God spoke to me again and told me to ‘reproduce the Training for Life model’, which is adaptable to people from all nations and cultures and all walks for life, and the opportunity for me to minister in Nepal arose. Thus a new phase for The Way CM began; of church planting and discipling people in developing countries.
Trainees continued to come to Kilcreggan but in smaller numbers and from our international outreach churches enabling us to focus more specifically on their needs while still caring for our conference guests.
A place of peace
Kilcreggan became a source of blessing to many Christians who came to look on it as a second home and a place to hear from God. Most weeks we enjoyed visits from a variety of church groups from all over Scotland who loved their time here with us. Many personal ministry opportunities also arose as individuals and families needing healing and respite came for breaks. We enjoyed seeing our trainees marry people they had met here and other divine connections taking place. One of the most rewarding aspects during this time was seeing new churches birthed here including churches for refugees and asylum seekers such as the IranianChurch in Glasgow.
In 2006 the Lord gave me a new vision for church planting and opened up many new doors to travel internationally. This resulted in a punishing schedule of international travel to every inhabited continent and of watching as the new churches birthed from these visits mushroomed very rapidly. This move of God opened up another new phase where via the Internet I was able to oversee, equip and disciple thousands of new converts and new church plants in developing nations worldwide. During 2007, as the overseas work flourished, the demand for conferences and retreats began to fall away and my health began to suffer so we urgently sought God as to what direction to take in 2008 and beyond. We also realised that Kilcreggan House had reached a stage where extensive modernisation and redevelopment was urgently required to keep it open.
A new way
In order to address all these concerns we sought the advice of our trustees and advisors. We also continued to work with our Christian business advisor with whom we had been exploring a number of avenues for redevelopment of the house and land. Through much heart searching, prayer and seeking God we came to believe that God wants us to downsize our ministry base to a more manageable size. We will continue to focus on working with a small number of international trainees, apostles and pastors who will stay with us for intense training periods. Trainees from developing nations will be trained how to use and access the latest IT technologies and communicate via the internet (on our new website) in order to access training materials and bible based resources. I will also continue to provide pastoral support via email and visits to national apostles in their home countries and to their growing churches.
A smaller ministry centre will free Nancy up to fulfil her desire to minister to our visitors on a more personal and individual level as well as spend more time with our children and grandchildren. She will also have time to support and accompany me on my international ministry trips.
A new day
In June 2004 we fulfilled a lifelong dream to visit the Holy Land and from this trip a desire to facilitate and encourage others to experience this life changing place led to further visits and training to equip us lead excursions to this wonderful country. I am also envisioned to see the creative side of training for life opened up in Scotland and internationally and I desire to see the ‘cathedral vision’ continue to grow. It is our desire to facilitate and encourage the new prophetic worship and creative outpouring which God is doing at this time and this will take place through special conferences and ‘happenings’ and be open to all who wish to participate.
The end of an era
So it is with great sadness that we put Kilcreggan House on the market and wait to see who will buy it. It will be hard to leave a place where we have so many happy memories, made so many friends and enjoyed so much blessing. We will of course continue to honour all our bookings and we also plan to host a farewell party for all those who wish to visit one last time. However, we have a great sense of excitement about what is about to unfold in our lives and look forward to see what God has in store.
The sale of Kilcreggan will release finance for a new base and also enable us to invest into many of the ministry opportunities which have arisen. We will continue to live by faith and seek God to meet our own and the ministries needs. We hope you will partner with us in looking and praying for a 6 bedroom property in South Ayrshire with a granny flat or annex and enough room to host our visitors in comfort and develop the next phase of our ministry.
New opportunities
As we review the past 11 years we see that our lives have never stood still and that God was always training, equipping and stretching us for the next new thing in our lives. We see the Lord is pruning us to ensure we are focussed on fulfilling our calling. There will be extensive opportunities for many of our partners to be involved in new ways in this next phase both here and on mission, as well as opportunities to come to the Holy Land with us and to be part of the creative weeks or ministry schools here in Scotland. We hope that you will all continue to support The Way CM as we move into this new phase. Thanks to everyone for all you have done for us and with us over the past 11 years, we look forward to sharing what unfolds.
